Admins can save charges; members can view. When profit runs negative, extra charges reduce the available collected balance. Actual customer payment records stay intact.

Every approved admin and member can manage ONLY their own photo. Changing your photo will not change the G&A system logo or another member's picture.
Separate from personal profile pictures. Changing this system logo updates the G&A header and login logo for both admins and all family members. Choose a clear high-resolution PNG, JPG, or WebP image. The image is resized for safe cloud sync without blurry upscaling.

Pending = saved only on this device. Synced = confirmed by Firebase. Needs Review = conflicting stock or payment; not counted as a confirmed cloud transaction. Use only on a trusted private device.
Dalawang existing admin: parehong full access. Family members: view-only by default, only after admin approval. Permissions are enforced by Firebase Security Rules. Members register at the login page; admins approve access here.
Family members: click Sign Up on the login screen. Approve here after registration. Admin 1 and Admin 2 have equal full control. Admin promotion is locked for security.
Denied requests disappear from Pending immediately after Firebase confirms the decision. A denied account remains blocked from records.
Permanenteng buburahin sa Firebase ang PRODUCTS, PC/Avon STOCKS, CUSTOMERS, SALES, PAYMENTS at BUSINESS HISTORY sa lahat ng devices. Hindi kasama ang login accounts, personal profile pictures o shared system logo. Kailangan ng internet. Magdo-download muna ng backup at hihingi ng dalawang confirmation.
Walang mabubura hangga’t hindi kino-confirm ng Firebase ang reset.

Each admin can change only their own login email. Confirm your current password, then open the verification link at the new email. After verification, sign in using the new email.
